I can't be the only one who has looked up an item but find that other items come up that I'm not even looking for.
What I suggest is an 'exact phrase search'. It would be under where you input the item you are looking for. Either a tick box or a drop down could work.
An example is looking up "birthday cake" you get the actual birthday cake but also 1st birthday cake and 2nd birthday cake. With this 'exact phrase search' ticked or selected, only the birthday cake would come up.
Let me know if I should clear anything up because I feel it may be confusing. There are other items where this happens but they aren't coming to my head at the moment.
Anyways I'd appreciate support if you like the idea =)

Exactly Vex, I wasn't suggesting to take away the current search, just adding another way the game searches. =)

would be nice to have the option for both, like a check box if you want an exact phrase search.<br /> I kind of don't mind it like if I have a dog im trying to dress up I like typing in Gold for example and seeing all the item options for gold...

Maybe I worded it wrong Loree? I mean for it to take it exactly as its typed and -only- bring matches that are that same phrase. Nothing extra and nothing more.<br /> <br /> Did I use the wrong wording?

Sounds like a benifical feature to me. I hate looking up "Clouded Leopard" and having to sort through pages of dye to find the companion.

OR they can just expand the search box capability.<br /> <br /> In other words, the ability to search:<br /> <br /> birthday cake -1st, -2nd<br /> <br /> Right now, it takes it as an exact phrase.
